Thanks to Maroochydore Homemaker the 91.1 Hot FM $10,000 School of the Year was back as we saw schools from all over the Sunshine Coast register to enter for all different sorts of reasons. The voting concluded and the final 5 schools were announced so that our judges could take over and award the winning school. Sam & Ash surprised the winning school and we captured the whole thing on Facebook Live.

Congratulations to Palmwoods State School who were the winners in 2024 and a going to put the 10k to use by installing outdoor ping pong tables around the school. A really fun way to spend the money and we can’t wait to come back and see them installed and have a game or two against the amazing students and teachers there.
