Police are seeking public assistance to locate a 54-year-old woman reported missing from Buderim.
Luvale Chambers was last seen on March 17.
Family and police hold concerns for her welfare as she has a medical condition.

She is described as 165cm tall, with a slim build, blonde hair and blue eyes.
Luvale is believed to be travelling in a white Lexus hatchback with Queensland registration 312YMH and is known to frequent the Mooloolaba area.
Investigators encourage Luvale or anyone with information regarding her whereabouts to contact police immediately.
