A man has been arrested after allegedly crashing a stolen car into a Golden Beach house.
It’s alleged the man drove a stolen car, belonging to a senior Sunshine Coast police officer, into the Anning Street house at 5.35am today.
Police said he fled the scene on foot.

Nobody was injured at the house, although the building and a parked car were damaged.
The elderly home owner was treated for shock by paramedics.
Officers from the Special Emergency Response Team were called to the Caloundra Powerboat Club after reports the man allegedly jumped into Pumicestone Passage from Military Jetty and swam out to a boat.
They negotiated with the man who has since been arrested.
