There’s a new Resident Evil Welcome to Raccoon City trailer out and it might just be better than the films before it.
The original Resident Evil films had their own cult following. With 6 films under their belt, they must have done ok.
They may not have been the greatest and were only based on the core ideas of the video game series.
Fast forward to now and the reboot looks like it will be more of a horror based film which feels more like the video games.
From the trailer, it looks like there are references to not only the original Resident Evil game but also it’s sequel.
The characters Claire and Leon are both from Resident Evil 2. Whereas Chris and Jill are from the original game.
Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City opens in theaters on the 24th of November in the US and it looks like the 9th of December in Australia.
